Stanley H Block, M.D., and Carolyn Bryant Block create a mind-body workbook for anger management, using the Identity System (I-system) along with Mind-Body bridging and thought labeling.
This book was simple and easy to follow, with plenty of worksheets to help the reader practice the exercises over and over, to create a habit of using the techniques as soon as they begin to feel the onset of stress/anger.
Block also uses mapping to help the reader identify their triggers and depressors, showing them key areas where the reader can improve.
An excellent book, tons of great, helpful info. I highly recommend!
